Why I'm passionate about supporting sleep

Hi, I’m Holly – a Holistic Gentle Sleep Coach with over 20 years of experience working with children and families. I hold a degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Studies, trained to OCN Levels 4 & 6 in Holistic Sleep Coaching and I'm fully insured.

Over the years, I’ve seen just how challenging and emotional sleep struggles can be for families. That’s why I take a gentle, responsive approach - one that honours your child’s needs while deeply respecting your instincts as a parent. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to your family’s unique situation.

My passion is making parents feel truly seen and heard during some of the most vulnerable moments of early parenthood. Sleep changes are a normal part of development, but they can feel isolating and exhausting. I’m here to walk alongside you - with understanding, empathy, and guidance you can trust.

 

Together, we’ll find a calm and connected way to navigate your little one’s sleep, so you can feel confident and supported every step of the way.
